At Present Boddepalle Krishna Rao IPS was the 2014 IPS officer taking charge as SP Annamayya District on September 10, 2023. He earlier worked as SP for Visakhapatnam Rural District. and he also worked as an Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D) in the Anti-Naxal Operation wing in Visakhapatnam District.

R. Gangadhar Rao IPS was Served as SP, Annamayya District and before he taken charge as SP, Annamayya District. He worked as SP in Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB).
